Welcome to Kyre. By signing up for an account or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate, complete registration details including a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Account closures are permanent and cannot be undone. We retain backup version history for 30 days after deletion (unless required to retain it longer for legal or operational purposes).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kyre to host, share, or promote any content that is: Illegal in your jurisdiction or Australia Pornographic or sexually explicit Related to terrorism, hate speech, violence, or extremist content Infringing on intellectual property or others’ rights Used to distribute malware, phishing, or exploitative scripts We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. Use of the Platform

Kyre is a platform for building websites, blogs, and online content. You may use it in accordance with the limits of your selected plan. You may not circumvent our billing systems, page gating, or payment infrastructure through custom code, third-party integrations, or external checkout flows. Use of unapproved custom scripts, forms, or embeds to bypass platform monetization may result in suspension.

4. Platform Fees & Gating

Free plan users agree to a 10% platform fee on revenue generated using Kyre’s native tools (e.g. gated content, payments, forms). Attempting to avoid platform fees on the free tier is a violation of these terms.

5. Embeds & Custom Code

We allow limited HTML/CSS/JS embeds from an approved allowlist (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Stripe, Cloudflare). Custom scripts or checkouts outside the allowlist may be removed or blocked. Unsafe or obfuscated code (e.g. eval, atob, etc.) may be flagged and restricted.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. You grant Kyre a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and process your content for the purpose of delivering your website and services.

7. Affiliates

Kyre offers an affiliate program at a default 15% revenue share, subject to change for special partnerships. Payouts are made monthly when your affiliate earnings exceed $50 USD. As long as referred accounts remain active, affiliates may continue to earn lifetime revenue (subject to Kyre’s terms and program changes).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or malicious behavior. Terminated accounts lose access to all features, backups, and affiliated earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kyre is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not liable for damages arising from data loss, downtime, or third-party service outages. Kyre.io is not a merchant of record - you are responsible for your own taxes, both domestic and international.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
