What counts as a contact?
A contact is anyone stored on your email list, including subscribers, customers, members, and leads captured through forms. Unsubscribed or deleted contacts do not count once removed from your active list.
Can I use my own sending domain?
Yes. Paid plans can connect a verified sending domain so broadcasts and automations come from your brand. Free plan emails use Kyre sending details and include kyre.io branding.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
You can keep sending. If your list outgrows the contacts included in your plan, Kyre adds contact capacity in 10,000-contact blocks at $20/mo each.
Is the visual automation builder really available on free?
Yes. Broadcasts, forms, signup widgets, and the visual automation builder are available on every plan, including Free.
Is there a send limit per month?
Kyre is designed around contacts, not tight monthly send caps. Reasonable platform and deliverability limits still apply to protect sender reputation.
