Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kyre. They are written for launch readiness, but they should still be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Kyre, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kyre.
2. The Kyre service
Kyre helps creators build a website, host content, run memberships, take payments, send email, and view basic analytics. Features may change over time as the product develops.
Kyre provides website, hosting, and commerce tooling. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, subscriber growth, or any other business result.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Kyre.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kyre for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or compromise the service.
- Access another user's account, site, or data without permission.
- Upload or store content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malicious code.
- Use Kyre to sell or distribute prohibited goods or services.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to Kyre except as expressly allowed by us.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of your site content, member data, and other content you provide to Kyre. You grant Kyre a limited permission to host, process, display, and serve that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish any content or collect any data through your Kyre site.
6. Kyre intellectual property
Kyre, including our software, design, branding, copy, templates, and product features, is owned by Kyre or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Plans, billing, and trials
Some Kyre features may be free, paid, in beta, or subject to usage limits. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and taxes should be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable plan terms.
Kyre does not currently add payment processing terms on this page. If Stripe or another billing provider is introduced, these Terms should be updated before launch.
8. Beta features and changes
We may offer beta, experimental, or early-access features. These may change, break, or be removed. We may also update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kyre as the product evolves.
9. Third-party services
Kyre may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, databases, payment processors, analytics tools, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
Kyre is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyre will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using Kyre at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if we discontinue the service. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, may survive termination.
